Who we are

This website is run by Workbench Software V2. You can email us at bregooding@gmail.com. Our current contact details, including our address, are always on the contact page.

What this website collects, and why

When you send a message through the contact form, we collect your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and the message itself. The message is stored on this website and emailed to us so that we can reply to you. We keep it until we delete it; we do not use it for anything other than dealing with your enquiry.

The contact form is the only form on this website. We do not run a newsletter or a mailing list, and we do not collect payment details.

Who looks after the website

The website is hosted for us in the United Kingdom by British Web Design Ltd, who process that data on our behalf and deliver our email. They do not use it for their own purposes.

Cookies

This website sets two cookies that every visitor needs: a session cookie, which lets the website remember you between one page and the next, and a security cookie, which protects the contact form against forged submissions. Both are essential and neither identifies you personally.

Our own visitor counts are cookieless: they tell us how many people visited and which pages they looked at, without tracking who anyone is.

If we switch on Google Analytics or advertising tags, a banner will ask you first. Nothing is set until you accept, and your answer is remembered in your browser so that you are not asked again.

Your rights

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it. To do any of these, email us at the address above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

We may change this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page tells you when it was last updated.
